The War Cycle

The people of the world have to find another way other than war to resolve problems; war essence is based on distruction of people and material. Once the act of war is over; what remains are the seeds of revenge and the costs of  time and materials to rebuild.  In 2009 the leaders of groups, tribes, nations, states must be held accountable for not chosing the path of communication and compromise. Everyone knows no one wants to be dominated.
